Ticket Panels

Ticket panels are the messages members click to open a ticket. You design them in the dashboard, and TicketsX posts them to the channel you choose.

Types of Panels

There are two types of ticket panels:

• Single Panels - One ticket button with its own form, support teams and welcome message
• Multi Panels - Several single panels in one message, shown as buttons or as a dropdown menu
