Ticket Panels
Ticket panels are interactive messages that users click to create support tickets. TicketsX supports multiple types of panels to fit your server's needs.
Types of Panels
There are three types of ticket panels:
- Single Panels - One button that creates tickets for a specific purpose
- Multi Panels - Multiple buttons in one message, each creating different types of tickets
- Dropdown Panels - A dropdown menu where users select the ticket type
