Yes. The entire ticketing core is free forever with no caps: unlimited ticket panels, tickets, forms, staff teams, claims, encrypted transcripts, and the REST API. Premium is an optional flat $5 per server per month for professional extras like AI summaries, analytics, auto tag replies, and whitelabel.

Invite TicketsX to your server, sign in to the web dashboard with Discord, and create your first ticket panel with buttons, dropdowns, or forms. Post the panel in a channel and members can open tickets immediately. Most servers go from invite to their first ticket in a few minutes.

Yes. Every panel can open classic private channel tickets or thread tickets inside a text channel or forum. Set the Ticket Destination to Channel or Thread when editing a panel in the dashboard.

Yes. One flat monthly price per server covers everything in Premium. There is no per-seat pricing and no usage-based overage. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal and keep access until the end of the period.

Premium includes AI credit every billing period, enough for regular summarizing on the built-in model. You can top up credit whenever you like, or plug in your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key and pay your provider directly. Your key is saved to your server settings so the bot can use it, and you can remove it at any time.

Create a bot application in the Discord developer portal, paste its token into your TicketsX settings, and invite it to your server. TicketsX hosts and runs it for you, so your members see your bot name and avatar on every panel, ticket, and reply.

Premium servers can export or erase a requester's stored data directly from the dashboard. Only server admins can run these actions and each request is logged for audit purposes.

It is in development. When it ships, you will drop a small script into your site and visitor chats will open as tickets in your Discord, with the same transcripts and routing. It will be included with Premium at no extra cost.

Yes. Slash commands cover the day-to-day: /close, /closerequest, /claim, /transfer, /add, /remove, /tag, /rename, /merge, and more. Premium servers also get /summarize for AI summaries inside Discord.
