Slash commands

Run support without leaving Discord

The day-to-day essentials are all slash commands. The full list also includes /rename, /merge, /jumptotop, /switchpanel, /help, /invite, and /about, plus a right-click Create Ticket menu on any message.

Tickets

  • /close

    Close the current ticket, now or on a timer.

    Add an optional reason and delay like 30m or 1h. The transcript is saved automatically when the ticket closes.

  • /closerequest

    Ask the ticket creator to confirm closing.

    They get Accept and Deny buttons, with an optional auto-close timer that cancels if they reply.

Ownership

  • /claim

    Assign yourself so everyone knows who owns the ticket.

    Pairs with /unclaim and /transfer to hand tickets between staff without losing history.

Collaboration

  • /add

    Add a user or role to the current ticket.

    Grants access to the channel instantly. Use /remove to take it away again.

Speed

  • /tag

    Send a saved reply with autocomplete.

    Answer common questions in one command. Tags are managed from the dashboard and can include embeds.

Premium

  • /summarize

    Generate an AI summary of the ticket.

    Turns the conversation into a compact brief for handoffs. Available on Premium servers.
