Live Chat

Live chat puts a support button on your own website. A visitor clicks it, writes a message, and the conversation lands in Discord as a real ticket or in the Live Chat inbox on the dashboard. Replies travel back to the visitor in seconds.

What you need

  • Premium active on the server.
  • A ticket panel, if you want each chat to open a Discord ticket.
  • Access to your website's HTML, or any tool that lets you add a script tag.

The widget is translated into all 32 languages TicketsX supports and follows the visitor's browser language, so you never write the same text twice.
