Quick Setup

Welcome to TicketsX! This guide walks you through everything from initial setup to advanced features. Most servers go from inviting the bot to taking their first ticket in a few minutes.

The quickest way

Run /setup in your server and TicketsX builds a working setup for you, then walks you through what to do next right there in Discord. If you would rather do it by hand, follow the steps below.

• A Support Team role. Give it to your staff and they get access to every ticket.
• A private Tickets category, so only your staff can see open tickets.
• A channel with a ready to use panel in it, so members can open a ticket straight away.
• A log channel where transcripts land once a ticket closes.

Getting Started

• Invite the bot to your server using this link.
• Go to the dashboard to configure your settings and create staff teams.
• Create your first ticket panel.
• Start receiving and managing tickets!
