Viewing Transcripts

There are two ways to view transcripts:

  • From the dashboard - Go to the Transcripts page to see all closed tickets.
  • From the archive channel - If configured, transcript links are posted when tickets close.

Transcripts show:

  • All messages in chronological order
  • Usernames, avatars, and timestamps
  • Embeds and attachments
  • When the ticket was opened and closed
  • Who closed it and why
  • User rating (if feedback is enabled)
