Transcript Permissions

You can control who can view transcripts with the "Transcripts Panel Permission" setting:

  • Off - Anyone with dashboard access can view all transcripts.
  • On - Only staff who were in the ticket can view its transcript.

Administrators can always view all transcripts regardless of this setting.
