Transcript Settings

Archive Channel

Select a channel where transcript messages will be sent when tickets are closed. The message includes:

  • Ticket ID and panel name
  • Ticket creator and when it was created
  • Who closed the ticket and when
  • Close reason
  • User rating (if enabled)
  • Link to view the full transcript

Transcripts Panel Permission

Controls who can view transcripts from the dashboard:

  • Disabled - Anyone with dashboard access can view all transcripts
  • Enabled - Only staff who were part of the ticket can view its transcript

Added Users Can View Transcripts

Off by default. When it is on, anyone added to a ticket with /add is treated like the person who opened it once the ticket closes. They get the closing DM with the transcript link, the transcript shows up in their dashboard, and they can leave a rating and written feedback of their own.

  • The ticket score is the average of every rating it received, and the archive message shows how many people rated it.
  • Written feedback from more than one person is kept together, each note labelled with who wrote it.
  • Only members added individually count. Adding a role gives that role access to the channel without signing its members up for a closing DM.
  • Removing somebody with /remove takes their access away again.
