Transcript Settings
Archive Channel
Select a channel where transcript messages will be sent when tickets are closed. The message includes:
- Ticket ID and panel name
- Ticket creator and when it was created
- Who closed the ticket and when
- Close reason
- User rating (if enabled)
- Link to view the full transcript
Transcripts Panel Permission
Controls who can view transcripts from the dashboard:
- Disabled - Anyone with dashboard access can view all transcripts
- Enabled - Only staff who were part of the ticket can view its transcript
