Premium servers can respond to data requests directly from the Premium page in the dashboard:

• Export - Download the stored data for a requester (tickets, transcripts metadata, indexed messages, activity) as JSON.
• Erase - Remove a requester's stored data for your server, including their entries in the deep-search index.

Only server admins can run these actions, and every request is written to the activity log for audit purposes.
