Custom Transcript Domain

Serve transcript links from your own domain (for example tickets.yourcommunity.com) instead of the default TicketsX domain. SSL certificates are provisioned and managed for you.

  • Open Settings > Branding & Links in the dashboard and enter your domain.
  • Add the CNAME and verification DNS records shown in the dashboard at your DNS provider.
  • Click Verify once the records are in place. New transcript links will use your domain as soon as verification completes.

A domain is locked to your server once configured. Contact support if you need to change it later.
