Team Permissions

Teams can be configured with specific permissions that control what team members can do:

Available Permissions

• View Tickets - See tickets assigned to this team
• Manage Tickets - Close, claim, rename, and modify tickets
• Add/Remove Users - Add or remove users from tickets
• Use Commands - Use ticket management slash commands
• View Transcripts - Access ticket transcripts and history

These permissions are automatically applied when you assign a team to a ticket panel.
