Form Design
- Keep forms short - only ask for essential information.
- Use clear, specific labels (e.g., "Describe your issue" not "Details").
- Set appropriate min/max lengths to ensure quality responses.
- Make important fields required, but don't require everything.
- Use placeholder text to provide examples of good responses.
- Use dropdowns, choices and pickers instead of free text when the answer comes from a fixed list.
