Ticket Forms

Forms allow you to collect information from users before creating their ticket. This helps gather details upfront.

• Create forms in the "Forms" section of the dashboard.
• Add questions such as typed answers, dropdowns, checkboxes, member pickers and file uploads.
• Link a form to a panel in the panel settings.
• When users click the button, they'll fill out the form first.
• Answers are posted in the ticket, and uploaded files are copied into it.
