Creating Forms

To create a form:

  • Navigate to the "Forms" page in the dashboard.
  • Click "Create Form".
  • Enter a form name. Discord shows it at the top of the dialog.
  • Add questions with Add Question and drag them into order. The preview shows the dialog the way members see it.
  • Save the form.
