REST API

Premium includes the full TicketsX REST API: guild-scoped tokens that let your own tools open, close, claim, rename, and route tickets, post messages and saved replies, manage panel appearance, and read your ticket history, without going through Discord. The complete endpoint reference lives in the API Reference section.

What Premium unlocks on the API

  • The whole API. Tokens can only be created and used while the server has an active subscription.
  • Full ticket search. Search every archived ticket by message content, who said it, participant groups, date ranges, panel, rating, or channel ID, then pull the ticket you found.
  • Full transcripts. Every message of a closed ticket in chronological order, with per-participant stats.
  • Full HTML export. Download the exact rendered archive of a ticket, ready to store or embed.

Tokens are permission-scoped, expiring, rotatable, rate limited per action, and audit-logged. The three transcript capabilities above are off by default on every new token and must be switched on deliberately.

If Premium lapses your tokens are kept, not deleted: API calls return 402 until you reactivate, and you can still list, disable, and revoke tokens from the dashboard in the meantime.
